This is the difficult part.
Don’t move deliberately. Stop at first step. By this I mean do not conceptualize. Reality is perceived. Thus, there is perception. Once the senses perceive, your mind will react. Stop there if you can honestly do so. If not then you will take a few more steps without noticing or even deliberately which is worse. Never deliberately think. Modify your mind to accurately react which is to say in one move, the move which is not deliberately done but merely the requirement of reality in being subjected to it. Don’t objectify thought. Thought is only conceived beyond the first move. Thoughts are objects. They are the only objects, ontologically speaking. The real world objects are not really objects. That’s why they are more than the properties we notice. We know they exist beyond reality.
